Effective May 1, 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This adjustment is necessary for us to continue delivering new and enhanced tools for our platform, such as the ability for your merchants to accept a wider range of payment types and integrate their Clover system with other tools that can help them operate their business more efficiently. Our aim is to provide you with the best possible service and support, and these changes will enable us to do so.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Grace Period<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

New merchants who join between January 1, 2023, and April 30, 2023, will have a grace period where they won’t see any adjustments to their SaaS and additional device fees. This grace period will end on or around November 1, 2023, and a notification will be sent on or around October 1, 2023, to inform them of the upcoming fee adjustments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SaaS Plans Not Impacted<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clover for Healthcare \/ Register Lite \/ Clover Go Stand Alone, unless additional Clover hardware is added to the account \/ Clover Classic SaaS Plan (2ST)*<\/p>\n\n\n\n

*Stand-alone Clover Station (ver. 1) merchants will not be impacted. Legacy merchants utilizing any combination of Mini, Flex, Station (ver. 1), and Station (ver. 2) on the Clover Classic and Register SaaS plans will still incur a $5 per MID fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
